Priced by the shape it runs on.

Every plan is the same platform with the same isolation. What changes is CPU, memory, storage and how many copies of your site run behind the load balancer.

Questions people actually ask

Is my site really separate from other customers'?
Yes, and here is exactly how. Own namespace, own database, own credentials, network policy denying everything not needed.
Do you take backups?
Not yet, and this is the honest answer rather than a comfortable one. Keep your own until the backup service ships.
Can I move a site off?
It is WordPress on a database you have credentials to. Export it the way you would from anywhere else. No lock-in worth the name.
What happens if provisioning fails halfway?
Everything already created is removed, in reverse order, and the operation records which step failed and whether the rollback succeeded. If a rollback itself fails, that is a distinct status, because then a person needs to look.
Can I choose where my site runs?
On Scale and above, yes — by provider, region, or a specific substrate. On Enterprise you can also constrain jurisdiction, so data stays in a country.
Is there a free trial?
Billing is not connected, so today everything is effectively a trial. You will be told before that changes.
