Say what is true
Our feature page names what is not built yet. Our pricing page says billing is not connected. Finding that out later would cost you more than it costs us to say now.
Make failure legible
Things go wrong on every platform. What differs is whether you can see which step failed, whether it was cleaned up, and whether anyone has to be told.
No lock-in worth the name
It is WordPress, on a database you have credentials to, behind a documented API. Leaving should be boring.
Where it is up to
Early, and running. The control plane, the isolation model, the provisioning saga and the console are built and tested on every change. Backups, staging, managed updates and billing are not — see features for the line between them.
If you are moving something business-critical, get in touch first. We would rather tell you to wait a release than have you find out the hard way.
